Refund policy
At GoZippo, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following situation: the item received is significantly different from what was described in the listing.
If your item arrives and does not match the seller's description, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us through the GoZippo platform. Do not ship the item back without contacting us first.
Approved refund requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. All items on GoZippo are pre-owned and sold as described.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
